Villa Eylül; 

              This is a villa located in Akbel, Kalkan, one of our holiday resorts in Antalya. Villa Eylül has a capacity of 10 people with a beautiful sea view and is perfectly fitting for a big family or a group of friends and the location of the villa is close to the center.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, a jacuzzi, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4.5*9.5 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters. We also have a jacuzzi childrens pool.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. 

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the months July and August is 7 nights . For any other dates the minimum rental period is 5 nights. There will be a fee of 3.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
