Note: The villa is located within a secure site with 24-hour security camera surveillance at the entrance and a children's playground within the site.

Bedroom Details:

All bedrooms include a double or twin bed arrangement, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 3: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 4: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 5: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances to cater to your culinary needs. The spacious living area features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Pool Details:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 5 by 10 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters. There is also an upper pool measuring 4 by 8 meters with a depth of 0.95 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.

General Information:

Your usage of electricity, water, and gas is included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room. A villa staff member provides daily pool and garden maintenance.

Note: The minimum stay is 3 nights. An extra cleaning fee of 4,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
