• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom (WC).
• Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom (WC).
• Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom (WC).

Kitchen & living room

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils.
The living room features a TV, comfortable seating area, coffee table, and stylish furnishings.

Pool details

• The villa features a 5 x 5 meter heated saltwater pool, with a depth of 1.90 meters.
• Note: Pool heating is available upon request for 700 TL per day.

Damage deposit

• A 5,000 TL refundable damage deposit is required upon check-in.
• If no damage is detected at check-out, the full amount will be refunded.

General information

• Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the rental price. No extra charges apply.
• The villa will be delivered to you clean and ready for accommodation.
• Fresh towels, bed linens, and pillowcases are provided in each room.
• Extra cleaning, additional towels, or new bed linen can be requested for an additional fee.

Booking conditions

• Minimum stay during the high season is 7 nights.
• During other months, a minimum stay of 5 nights may be possible with the owner's approval, depending on availability.
• For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL applies.
