Bedroom Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, hairdryer, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, one single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, hairdryer, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances to cater to your culinary needs. The comfortable living area is furnished with a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities to ensure a relaxing stay.

Pool Details:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 4 by 8 meters with a depth of 1.45 meters, perfect for cooling off and soaking up the Mediterranean sun.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.

General Information:

Your usage of electricity, water, and gas is included in the weekly rental price. The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room. A villa staff member provides daily pool and garden maintenance between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

Note:

The minimum stay throughout the season is 3 nights. An extra cleaning fee of 2,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
