Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, TV, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The comfortable living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Pool Area:

Enjoy refreshing swims in your private 4 x 10 meter pool, with a depth of 1.5 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 5000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be returned in cash upon check-out, provided no damage or loss is found during the final inspection.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by our dedicated staff.
• Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the rental price, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, ready for you to begin your holiday.

Please Note:

• The minimum rental period is 5 nights throughout the season.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 2,500 TL applies to stays shorter than 7 nights.
