Accommodation Details:

Each bedroom is meticulously designed for your comfort and features a wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, hairdryer, and a private en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, Jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, bathtub, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Spaces:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing your own meals. The comfortable living area provides a relaxing space to unwind and socialize, complete with a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other furnishings.

Swimming Pool:

The villa boasts a private swimming pool measuring 4 x 13 meters and 1.60 meters in depth.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of £500 (British Pounds) is payable in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred during your stay.

General Information:

Utilities such as electricity, water, and gas are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is meticulously cleaned prior to your arrival, and fresh towels and linens are provided in each bedroom. Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by the villa staff.

Important Notes:

The minimum rental period throughout the season is 5 nights. For stays shorter than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of £100 (British Pounds) will apply.
