Villa Elit;  

          It is one of our villas with modern lines, with a capacity of 10 people, a magnificent sea view, located in the center of Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts of Antalya.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4*13 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide £500 for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you £500 back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Daily pool and garden maintenance will come . 

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . There will be an extra fee of £100 for cleaning if you plan to stay under 7 nights.
