Comfortable Accommodation:

Villa Elysium features two well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for your comfort:

• Bedroom 1: This room features a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a WC and a jacuzzi, air conditioning for optimal comfort, and a TV for your entertainment.
• Bedroom 2: This room offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a single bed and a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a WC and a jacuzzi, air conditioning, and a TV.

Fully Equipped Kitchen and Inviting Living Area:

The villa provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay:

• Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen, featuring all the essential appliances and utensils.
• Living Area: Relax and socialize in the inviting living area, complete with comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Refreshing Pools:

Enjoy both indoor and outdoor swimming options:

• Outdoor Pool: Take a refreshing dip in our spacious outdoor pool, measuring 4m x 16m with a depth of 1.55m.
• Indoor Pool: For year-round enjoyment, the villa also features a heated indoor pool measuring 3m x 4.5m with a depth of 1.10m. Pool heating is available from October 1st for an additional daily fee of 1,000 TL.

Important Information:

• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3,000 TL is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages.
• Utilities: Electricity, water, and gas are included in the weekly rental price.
• Cleanliness: The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided in each room. Weekly cleaning is included. Additional cleaning and linen changes are available for an extra charge.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 4 nights is required throughout the season. Stays shorter than 5 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee of 3,000 TL.
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM (16:00), and check-out time is 10:00 AM (10:00).
