NOTE: Villa Royal 2 is a twin villa to Villa Royal 1, making them ideal for larger groups wishing to holiday together.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: This suite features a double bed, a private jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, a hairdryer, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, a hairdryer, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: This room provides two single beds, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, a hairdryer, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The well-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living room features comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy the private pool, which measures 4 * 8 meters and has a depth of 1.60 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for each arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in all rooms.
• A dedicated villa attendant provides daily pool and garden maintenance.

NOTE: A minimum stay of four nights is required throughout the season. Stays shorter than six nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL.
