Pool information:

   All rooms include a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a dressing table and a hairdryer, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 3.5*8.5 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters

NOTE: For the heating of the pool between these dates 1 March- 30 May and 1 October- 31 December there will be no fee. However any other dates will have a fee

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Pool and garden maintenance will come daily.

NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights. For stays less than 7 nights will have a cleaning fee of 1.500TL.
