Villa Efe

Villa Efe, has a sea view and his perfect for a honeymoon, Our pool is sheltered and not visible from the outside so you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

Room information:

        All rooms include a wardobe, a chest of drawers, a dressing table and a hairdryer, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 3.5*8.5 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters

NOTE: Between the dates of 1st March- 30th May and the 1st October- 31st December the heating system for the pool is free. For any other dates there will be an extra fee.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. For extra clean towels, bed sheets etc there will be an extra fee.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights . There will be a fee of 1500TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
