Located in the Ulugöl area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most stunning holiday destinations, Villa Edis offers a comfortable and convenient escape for up to four guests. This villa is situated close to the town center and nestled in nature. It features a private indoor heated pool, making it an ideal choice for year-round holidays.

Important Note: The property owner resides on the upper floor of the building. However, their living area is located at the back, ensuring complete privacy for Villa Edis guests. The entrances are entirely separate.

Accommodation Details:

All bedrooms include a wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, hairdryer, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The living area offers comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool Information:

The villa boasts a private indoor heated pool measuring 3 x 6 meters and 1.50 meters deep.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 3,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned in cash upon check-out provided there are no damages.

General Information:

Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room. A villa attendant performs daily pool and garden maintenance.

Please Note:

• The minimum stay throughout the season is 3 nights.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 2,500 TL applies to stays shorter than 7 nights.
