Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Outdoor Oasis:

• Private Pool: Take a refreshing dip in your private 3.5 x 7 meter pool (1.55 meters deep). The pool area is screened for privacy.
• Uninterrupted Sea Views: Enjoy spectacular, uninterrupted sea views from the terrace.
• Proximity to Beaches: The villa is conveniently located 5.2 km from Kaputaş Beach and 22 km from Patara Beach.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 3,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned upon check-out after a satisfactory inspection.

General Information:

• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our dedicated staff.
• All utility expenses (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and receives a weekly cleaning service.

Please Note:

• The minimum stay throughout 2024 is 3 nights.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 3,000 TL applies to stays shorter than 7 nights.
