Located in the Islamlar area of Kalkan, one of Antalya’s most beautiful holiday destinations, Villa DR is a nature-surrounded conservative villa with a capacity for 4 guests. The villa is equipped with a jacuzzi, making it ideal for small families and honeymoon couples.

Accommodation

• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with toilet.
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with toilet.

Kitchen and Living Area
The villa is equipped with all the kitchen utensils you may need. The living room features a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other essential furniture.

Pool Information

• The villa has an outdoor pool measuring 4x9 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters.
• There is also a shallow pool measuring 2.5x9 meters with a depth of 0.40 meters.

Damage Deposit
A refundable cash deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon check-in. If no damages or issues are found during the check-out inspection, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Important Information

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once a day by staff.
• Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the price. No additional charges apply.
• The villa is delivered clean and prepared for your stay.

Please Note:

• The minimum rental period is 5 nights between June 15th and September 30th.
• In other months, the minimum rental period is 4 nights.
• For stays under 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,000 TL applies.
