Villa Doğa Sedir: A Conservative Nature Retreat with Hamam, Sauna, and Indoor Pool in Kalkan's İslamlar

Located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most unique holiday destinations, Villa Doğa Sedir is a conservative villa surrounded by nature, accommodating up to 10 guests. The villa features a hamam, sauna, indoor pool, table football (foosball), and table tennis.

Accommodation 

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms include a Jacuzzi.

• Bedroom 1: Includes one double bed and a Jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: Includes one double bed.
• Bedroom 3: Includes one double bed and one single bed.
• Bedroom 4: Offers three single beds and a Jacuzzi.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

Guests can enjoy a private outdoor swimming pool measuring 3.60 meters by 12.5 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.50 meters. A separate indoor pool measuring 3.20 meters by 5 meters, with a depth of 1.20 meters, is also available.

Note: Indoor pool heating is included in the price between October 1, 2024, and May 31, 2025. Between June 1 and September 30, the indoor pool is not active.

Hamam and Sauna:

Note: The use of the hamam and sauna is available for an additional fee of 5,000 TL for 24 hours between June 1 and September 30. During the rest of the year, it's not clear whether it is included or has an extra cost, so please confirm.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 5,000 TL (Turkish Lira) is required in cash upon arrival and will be refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

General Information:

Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is three nights. Stays shorter than five nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 3,500 TL.
