Villa Doğa Akasya: A Nature Retreat with Indoor Pool, Hamam, and Sauna in Kalkan's İslamlar

Located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most unique holiday destinations, Villa Doğa Akasya is a conservative villa with a capacity of eight guests, surrounded by nature. This villa features a hamam, sauna, indoor pool, table football (foosball), and table tennis.

Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: Includes one double bed, one single bed, and a Jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: Includes one double bed and one single bed.
• Bedroom 3: Includes one double bed and a Jacuzzi.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

Guests can enjoy a private outdoor swimming pool measuring 4.30 meters by 11.5 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.50 meters. A separate indoor pool measuring 2.50 meters by 2.60 meters, with a depth of 1 meter, is also available.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 5,000 TL (Turkish Lira) is required in cash upon arrival and will be refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

General Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is three nights throughout the season. Stays shorter than five nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 3,500 TL.

Note: The use of the heated sauna and hamam is available for an additional fee of 5,000 TL for 24 hours.
