Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing delicious meals. The living area provides a comfortable space to relax, featuring a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool Information:

The villa features a private outdoor pool measuring 4 x 10 meters and 1.50 meters deep, perfect for enjoying the warm Mediterranean sun.

Indoor Pool Information:

The villa also offers a private indoor heated pool measuring 2.5 x 5 meters and 1.00 meter deep, allowing for year-round enjoyment, regardless of the weather.

Please Note: There is a daily charge of 1,000 TL for heating the indoor pool when activated.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon arrival and will be refunded to your account after check-out, provided no damage is found.

General Information:

Weekly rental rates include electricity, water, and gas usage. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided in each room. Additional cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes are available for an extra fee.

Please Note:

• The minimum stay throughout the season is 5 nights.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 2,500 TL applies to stays shorter than 7 nights.
