Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, TV, jacuzzi, access to the indoor heated pool, wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The living area offers comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool Information:

The villa has a private outdoor pool measuring 4 x 11 meters and 1.50 meters deep. It also features a private indoor heated pool measuring 2.5 x 5 meters and 0.9 meters deep.

Please Note: There is an additional daily charge of 1,000 TL for heating the indoor pool.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned in cash upon check-out provided there are no damages.

General Information:

Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room. A villa attendant performs daily pool and garden maintenance.

Please Note:

• The minimum stay throughout the season is 5 nights.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 2,500 TL applies to stays shorter than 7 nights.
