• 1st Bedroom: A double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.
• 2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, a wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and Living Room

Fully equipped with all essential kitchen utensils to meet daily needs. The living room features a comfortable seating area, TV, coffee table, and stylish furnishings for a pleasant stay.

Pool Details

• Outdoor pool: 4 x 9 meters, 1.55 meters deep.
• Heated indoor pool: 3.6 x 3.8 meters, 1.30 meters deep.

NOTE: Indoor pool heating is available for an additional 1,000 TL per day.

Damage Deposit

A 4,000 TL deposit is required in cash upon check-in. If no damage or loss is detected at check-out, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Important Information

• Daily maintenance of the pool and garden is carried out by staff.
• Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the rental price, with no additional charges.
• The villa is delivered clean and ready for accommodation.

NOTE: Minimum stay is 3 nights throughout the season. For stays shorter than 6 nights, an additional 2,000 TL cleaning fee applies.
