                   This villa is located in Akbel in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 4 people. This is one of our conservative villas thats surrounded by nature.

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, a jacuzzi, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    Villamızda tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak şekilde yeterli mutfak araç gereçleri ve ayrıca salonumuzda TV, oturma grubu, sehpa vb. eşyalar bulunmaktadır

Pool information:

                Our heated pool measures at 3.5*8 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters

                For our heated pool it measures at 3*3.5 meters and a depth of 1.40 meters

NOTE: Our heated pools fee daily is 500TL.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . There will be a fee of 1.200TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7  nights
