Fully equipped with all essential kitchen utensils to meet daily needs. The living room offers a comfortable seating area, TV, coffee table, and stylish furnishings for a cozy atmosphere.

Pool Details

• Outdoor pool measures 4 x 9 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters.
• Heated indoor pool has dimensions of 3.6 x 3.8 meters and a depth of 1.30 meters.

NOTE: Indoor pool heating is available for an additional 3,000 TL per day.

Damage Deposit

A 4,000 TL deposit is collected in cash upon check-in. Fully refundable at check-out if no damage or loss is detected.

Important Information

• Daily maintenance of the pool and garden is carried out by staff.
• Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the rental price with no additional charges.
• The villa is delivered clean and ready for accommodation.

NOTE: Minimum stay is 5 nights throughout the season. Stays shorter than 7 nights require an additional 2,000 TL cleaning fee.
