Located in Hacıoğlan, a picturesque area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most stunning holiday destinations, Villa Dessa offers a tranquil escape for up to four guests. Nestled in nature, this villa boasts a private, secluded pool area, complete with a jacuzzi, ensuring a relaxing and private holiday experience.

Room Information:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, TV, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cater to your culinary needs. The comfortable living room provides a relaxing space with a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other furnishings.

Pool Information:

The villa boasts a private swimming pool measuring 4 x 9 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters. A separate children's pool, measuring 2 x 4 meters with a depth of 0.35 meters, is also available.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of ₺4,000 (Turkish Lira) is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon your departure, provided no damage or loss is found during the final inspection.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by our staff.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional fees are charged.
• The villa is delivered clean and ready for your stay.

NOTE: The minimum rental period throughout the season is 3 nights. An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,500 (Turkish Lira) applies for stays shorter than 6 nights.
