Our villa, located in the Sarıbelen area of Kaş–Kalkan, Antalya, has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. It is a secluded villa where you can fully enjoy the tranquility and nature.

Kitchen and Living Room Information

Our villa is equipped with all the kitchen utensils you may need. In the living room, there are a TV, seating group, air conditioner, coffee table, and other furnishings.

Room Information

1st Bedroom:

1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom, and WC.

2nd Bedroom:

2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom, and WC.

Pool Information

The villa has a sheltered outdoor pool measuring 4 × 10 meters and 1.5 meters deep.

Children’s Pool: 2 × 4 meters in size and 40 cm deep.

Damage Deposit

A cash damage deposit of 3,000 TL is required upon check-in. It will be fully refunded at check-out, provided no damage is detected.

Important Information

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once a day by the staff. Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the price—no additional charges apply. The villa is delivered to you clean and ready for your stay.

NOTE: The minimum rental period is 3 nights. For stays shorter than 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is required.
