Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, and en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa boasts a private pool measuring 4 x 10 meters with a depth of 1.65 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺3,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas/propane) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is provided clean and ready for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens in each room.

Minimum Stay:

• During the summer season, the minimum stay is 5 nights.
• During other months, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
• Stays of less than 5 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira).
