With stunning nature and sea views, this villa is designed for honeymooners and small families. The private pool terrace is secluded, making it an excellent choice for guests seeking privacy.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for preparing meals. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa has a private swimming pool measuring 3 x 12 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺3,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once a week during your stay.

Note:

• The minimum rental period during the summer season is 5 nights.
• The minimum rental period during other months is 4 nights.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
