Bedroom Details:

All bedrooms include a wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for your culinary needs. The comfortable living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Pool Details:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 3.5 by 7.5 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.

General Information:

Your usage of electricity, water, and gas is included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room. A villa staff member provides daily pool and garden maintenance between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

Note: The minimum stay throughout the season is 4 nights. An extra cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 6 nights.
