Villa Cecili; 

                This villa is located in Kızıltaş in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 9 people. Villla Cecili offers a view of the sea with nature surrounded it. This villa would be fitting for a family or a group of friends.

 Room information: 

                        All rooms include a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a dressing table, a hairdryer, a toilet and bathroom.

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, a jacuzzi, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, a hairdryer, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, a hairdryer, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:   1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, a hairdryer, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our heated pool measures at 3.5*9.5 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters

NOTE: Our heating system fee is £20 daily.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 5.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 5.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenace. 

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights. There will be a fee of 3.500TL for any stau under 7 nights.
