Villa Casablanca Tiny House

Villa Casablanca Tiny House; 

                It is a honeymoon villa with a capacity of 2 people, located in the Akbel area of Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts of Antalya, in nature and with partial sea view. There is a rotating television unit and a jacuzzi in our villa.

NOTE: Our villa is located within the site. There is a security camera at the entrance of the site that is monitored 24 hours a day. Breakfast is served free of charge at our restaurant within the site, 50 meters away, between the dates of 1 May- 1 November. İf breakfast is wanted in the villa, there will be a fee of 600TL.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 3*7.5 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 3 nights . There will be no fee for cleaning
