Villa Casa Mila :

          This villa is one of our conservative villas that is located in Akbel, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts  of Antalya. Villa Casa Mila has a capacity of 6 people, a jacuzzi, a pool table, a turkish bath, a indoor heated pool and a pinball table.

 Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed,  a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom 

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our pool measures at 3*7 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 5.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve your 5.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . For a stay less than 5 nights will be an extra fee of 4.000TL for cleaning.
