Note: The last 600 meters of the road leading to the villa is a stabilized dirt road.

Room Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, balcony, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, balcony, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool Details:

The villa boasts a private pool measuring 9.5 by 4.5 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 3,500 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages.

Important Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Electricity, water, and gas are included in the rental price at no extra charge. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

Note: The minimum rental period is 4 nights throughout the season. For stays shorter than 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 2,500 TL will be charged.
