Villa Buse; 

               This villa is located in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya. Villa Buse has 5 bedrooms. a view of the sea and a heated pool. With a capacity of 10 people this would be perfect for big family or a group of friends.

                    3.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers,a hairdryer, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom  

                     4.Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, a haırdryer, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                     5.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers a hairdryer, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our pool measures at 5*12 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

NOTE: For the heating between the 1 October - 1 May with a daily fee of £30.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide £130 for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you £130 back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . Accommation for less than 5 nights may be requested to  the villa owner.  There will be a fee of £80 for cleaning if you stay is under 5 nights
