Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The comfortable living area provides a relaxing space with a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool Information:

• Outdoor Pool: Enjoy the Mediterranean sun by the private outdoor pool, measuring 8 x 4 meters and 1.50 meters deep.
• Heated Indoor Pool: Relax and unwind in the private heated indoor pool, measuring 2.75 x 2.5 meters and 1.00 meters deep.

Please Note: The indoor pool heating is available from October 1st to May 1st and is subject to an additional weekly fee of 3,500 TL.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 6,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned in cash upon check-out provided no damage is found.

General Information:

Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided. Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by staff.

Please Note:

• The minimum stay throughout the season is 5 nights.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 2,500 TL applies to stays shorter than 6 nights.
