Villa Bulem: A Secluded Retreat in Nature for Families and Friends in Kalkan's İslamlar

Located in the tranquil İslamlar area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most beautiful holiday destinations, Villa Bulem offers a peaceful escape for up to four guests. Surrounded by nature, this villa provides a secluded pool area, ensuring privacy for conservative families and groups of friends. For families with young children, a baby cot and high chair are available.

Bedroom Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, and bedside table.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, and air conditioning.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for your culinary needs. The comfortable living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Pool Details:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 3.5 by 7 meters with a depth of 1.65 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 2,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.

General Information:

Your usage of electricity, water, and gas is included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and fresh towels and linens are provided in each room. A villa staff member provides daily pool and garden maintenance.

Note: The minimum stay throughout the season is 3 nights. An extra cleaning fee of 2,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.
