Villa Brothers: A Luxurious Retreat in Kalkan's Üzümlü

Located in Üzümlü, Kalkan, one of Antalya's unique holiday destinations, Villa Brothers is a luxury villa with a capacity of 8 people. It is an ideal choice for large families and groups of friends. The villa also features a Turkish bath (hamam), sauna, and indoor heated pool.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, wardrobe, jacuzzi, dressing table, bedside table, vitamin bar, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Features a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Features two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary kitchenware. The living room includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other furnishings.

Pool Information:

The villa has a pool measuring 3.5 * 8.5 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters. It also has an indoor pool measuring 2.5 * 4 meters with a depth of 1 meter. Note: The daily heating fee for the indoor pool is 1,500 TL.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 7,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure if no damage or loss is found.

General Information:

Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the weekly rental rate. The villa is delivered clean, with fresh towels, sheets, and other linens provided in each room. A villa attendant performs daily pool and garden maintenance.

NOTE: The minimum rental period is 5 nights. An extra cleaning fee of 6,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.
