Bedroom Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, balcony, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances to cater to your culinary needs. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Pool Details:

The villa offers a private outdoor pool measuring 4 by 9 meters with a depth of 1.6 meters. Additionally, there is a heated indoor pool measuring 3 by 2 meters with a depth of 0.9 meters.

Note: There is a daily fee of 750 TL for heating the indoor pool. The outdoor pool is closed from November 1st to March 31st.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.

General Information:

Your usage of electricity, water, and gas is included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room. A villa staff member provides daily pool and garden maintenance.

Note: The minimum rental period is 6 nights between June 1st and September 30th, and 5 nights during other months. For stays shorter than these minimum periods, an extra cleaning fee of 5,000 TL will be charged.
