Located in the Kördere area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most unique holiday destinations, Villa Biba 2 offers accommodation for up to eight guests. This sea view villa with a heated indoor pool is an ideal choice for large families and groups of friends.

Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 5 meters by 10 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.60 meters. A separate children's pool measuring 3 meters by 1 meter is also available.

Note: Heating for the indoor pool is available for an additional daily fee of 2,500 TL.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 6,000 TL is payable to the provided account upon arrival and will be refunded to your account after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

General Information:

Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided in each bedroom. Additional cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes are available for an extra charge.

Important Information:

Stays shorter than six nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 4,500 TL.
