Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa boasts a private pool measuring 4 x 8 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters. There is also a children's pool measuring 1.80 x 1.80 meters with a depth of 0.60 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺4,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas/propane) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is provided clean and ready for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens in each room.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our staff.

Minimum Stay:

• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
• Stays of less than 6 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee of ₺4,000 (Turkish Lira).
