Villa Beren; 

                Our villa is in one of the most unique holiday resorts of antalya in the islamic area of kalkan with the capacity for 2 people surrounded by nature. This villa is fitting for a honeymoon and concervative couples. You can find a closed off jacuzzi.

The holiday of your dreams are waiting for you and so are we. 

Bedroom information: 

                 1 bedroom:  1 double bed, an indoor heated jacuzzı, a wardrobe, a dressing tabie, a chest of drawers and a air condioner with  a bathroom.

Kitchen and lounge area: 

                 İn our kitchen you will find all the utensils  you will need. İn our  lounge area you will find a TV,  a sofa set, coffee table etc.

Pool information: 

                 our pool measures 4*12 meters and a depth of 1.4 meters with a fence surrounding it for safety.

NOTE: There is a daily fee of 1000TL to use the heating system in the pool.

Damage deposit:

                      Upon check-in you will needed to provide a fee of 2.000TL for deposit. When your stay has came to an end we will have checks made and if there is no problems or damage you will recieve your 2.000TL back.

Important information:  

                 Once everyday we will have the pool and garden checked and make sure its all clean. Electric, water and gas bills are included in the total fee. There will be no request for an additoinal fee.

NOTE: For the full year the minimum stay is 5 nights. İf you wish to stay 5 nights or less there will be an extra fee of 1.500TL for cleaning.
