Villa Bella: A Secluded Retreat in Kalkan's İslamlar Village

Located in the serene İslamlar village of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most unique holiday destinations, Villa Bella offers a secluded retreat surrounded by nature. This villa accommodates up to six guests and is designed with privacy in mind, making it a suitable choice for conservative holidays.

Accommodation:

The villa features three bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Offers a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Provides two single beds, a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The well-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living area features comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

The private pool measures 5m x 10m and features a stepped design with depths of 1.10m, 1.25m, and 1.60m.

Damage Deposit:

Guests are required to pay a 5,000 TL security deposit in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

General Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once per week during your stay.

Important Information:

Guests are required to book a minimum of five nights. For stays shorter than seven nights, an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL will be charged.
