• Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Twin beds (two single beds), wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, private balcony, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): One double bed, Jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, private balcony, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4 (1st Floor): One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, private balcony, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cater to your culinary needs. The inviting living area features a television, plush seating arrangements, a coffee table, and other amenities designed for relaxation and socializing.

Refreshing Oasis:

The villa features a captivating pool, enhanced with a Jacuzzi feature, measuring 4 meters by 14.5 meters and reaching a depth of 1.60 meters.

Damage and Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of 5,000 TL (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be returned in cash following a satisfactory inspection of the property upon your departure.

Essential Information:

The villa's dedicated staff provides daily pool and garden maintenance. Utility expenses (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental rate. The villa is meticulously prepared and cleaned prior to your arrival, with fresh linens and towels provided in each bedroom. A weekly cleaning service is also included.

Terms and Conditions:

A minimum stay of seven nights is required throughout the season. Shorter stays may be considered subject to the owner's approval and will incur an additional cleaning fee of 1,000 TL (Turkish Lira).
