• Bedroom 2: Includes one double bed.
• Bedroom 3: Includes one double bed and a Jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 4: Includes one double bed.
• Bedroom 5: Includes two double beds.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa has a private pool measuring 4 meters by 14 meters, with a depth of 1.50 meters.

Note: The pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of 500 GBP (British Pounds).

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 500 GBP (British Pounds) is required in cash upon arrival and will be refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

General Information:

Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases are provided in each bedroom. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is seven nights. Stays of seven nights or less are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL (Turkish Lira).
