                    This villa is located in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 10 people. Villla Bella grace offers a view of the sea,  a garden and luxury.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our  pool measures at 4*14 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

NOTE: The heating system for the pool has a weekly fee of £500.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide £500 for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you £500L back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance. 

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 7 nights . There will be a fee of 5.000TL for cleaning if you stay is 7 nights or less.
