Villa Bella 5 ;

                       This villa is located in Kayaköy, which hosts the old greek houses in Fethiye, one of the unique holiday resorts in Muğla. Villa Bella has a capacity of 4 people, a garden and is a great fit for a small family or a couple on their honeymoon.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, a TV, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner 

NOTE: Bedroom 2 does not have a private bathroom. Can use the bathroom in the house.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa  provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.  

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 9*4.5 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 1.500TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 1.500TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 3 nights . There will be a fee of 1.500TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
