The villa is located just 700 meters from the Hisarönü entertainment center and only 3 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz beach. Additionally, the villa is part of a complex with 3 similar villas side by side, making it an excellent choice for larger groups.

Kitchen and Living Room Details:
The villa is fully equipped with all the kitchenware you may need, and the living room features a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other furnishings.
Swimming Pool Details:
The villa has a private swimming pool, measuring 3.5 x 7 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters.
Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required in cash upon check-in. If no damage or loss is found during check-out, the deposit will be refunded.
General Information:
Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the weekly rental fee. The villa is delivered to you clean, with towels, bed linens, and other essentials provided in each room. The villa staff performs daily pool and garden maintenance.
Note: The minimum rental period is 3 nights in April, May, and October. For other months, the minimum stay is 4 nights. An additional cleaning fee of 3,500 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.
