Villa Ayışığı

Villa Ayışığı; 

                  This villa is one of our villa`s for the conservative friends and family as the the garden and pool is not visible from the outside. This location is also great for honeymoons as we have an indoor heated pool that is available for the whole year there for you can enjoy your holıday all year. It offers a comfortable and relaxed holıday surrounded by nature.

Bedroom information: 

                     1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardroe, a chest of drawers, an air conditioner and you will find a bathroom.

Kitchen and lounge area information:

   Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.

Pool information:

                   Our outdoor pool ıs 4*8 meters long with a depth of 1.5 meters.

                   The indoor heated pool is 3*7.5 meters and 1.20 meters deep.

NOTE: Between the dates of 15 October- 01 May, the fee for the heating system in the pool is included in the total fee.

Damage deposıt:

                 Upon your arrival you will have to provide a deposit of 1.000TL. Once your stay is over with us and we have vhecked for any problems or damage you may have you 1.000TL  back.

İmportant information: 

           Pool and garden maintenance is carrşes out regularly by staff once a day. Electricity, water and gas is included in the total fee. No extra fee will be requested. Our villa is cleaned and ready for you on the day of your arrival and every week is cleaned.

NOTE: The minimal rental period through the year is 5 nights. İf you wish to stay less than 7 nights there will be an extra fee of 950TL for cleaning.
