Located in the Üzümlü area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most beautiful holiday destinations, Villa Ayışığı is a nature-surrounded, conservative honeymoon villa with a capacity for 2 guests. The villa offers an unforgettable holiday experience with its indoor heated pool, allowing you to enjoy the holiday throughout the year. With its secluded garden and pool, which are not visible from the outside, it offers a peaceful and private retreat in a warm and natural setting.

Accommodation

• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with toilet.

Kitchen and living area
The villa is equipped with all the kitchen utensils you may need. The living room includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other essential furniture.

Pool information

• The villa features an outdoor pool measuring 4x8 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters.
• Additionally, there is an indoor heated pool measuring 3x7.5 meters with a depth of 1.20 meters.

Please note:

• From October 15th to May 1st, pool heating is included in the price.

Damage deposit
A refundable cash deposit of 1,000 TL is required upon check-in. If no damages or issues are found during the check-out inspection, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Important information

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once a day by staff.
• Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the price. No additional charges apply.
• The villa is delivered clean and prepared for your stay and is cleaned once a week.

Please note:

• The minimum rental period is 5 nights throughout the entire season.
• For stays under 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 950 TL applies.
