Villa Ayaz Uno

Villa Ayaz Uno ; 

         This is one of our conservative villas, with a view of nature, located in the İslamlar areea of Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya. Villa Ayaz uno has a capacity of 2 people and is located in the middle of nature therefore you can relaxand  enjoy the silence.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 3*7 meters and sheltered around.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.000TL back.

Önemli Bilgiler;

        Havuz ve bahçe bakımı günde bir kez görevliler tarafından düzenli olarak yapılmaktadır. Elektrik, su, gaz ücretleri  fiyatlara dahildir. Ayrıca bir ücret talep edilmemektedir. Villa size temiz konaklamaya hazır olarak teslim edilmektedir.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 3 nights . There will be a fee of 1.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
