Villa Ay; 

     This is one of our villas located in Üzümlü, Kalkan, with 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people, with a view of the mountains. Since the top of our terrace is not used and our villa is sheltered, you can enjoy your time in the pool comfortably.

Room information:

                   All rooms include a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a dressing table, a hairdryer, a toilet and bathroom. 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:   2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom 

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our  pool measures at 4*8meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

               We also have a shallow pool that  measures at 2*4 meters and a depth of 0.50 meters.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE: The minimum rental period is 4 nights. There will be a fee of 2.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
