Our villa is equipped with sufficient kitchenware to meet all your needs, as well as a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other items in our living room.

Pool Information:

Our villa has a 4 x 7 meter pool with a depth of 1.50 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A cash deposit of £200 is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure provided no damage, loss, or other damage is detected.

Important Information:

The pool and garden are regularly maintained by staff once a day. Electricity, water, and gas are included in the price. There is no additional charge. The villa is returned to you clean and ready for your stay.

NOTE: The minimum rental period throughout the season is 5 nights. For stays of less than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 10,000 TL will be charged.
