Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 4 meters by 7 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.50 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 150 GBP (British Pounds) is required in cash upon arrival and will be refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

General Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is three nights throughout the season. Stays shorter than five nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 100 GBP.
