Villa Arya

Villa Arya; 

                  This is one of our conservative villas located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan, one of the unique holiday in Antalya. Villa Ayra has a capacity of 4 people, an indoor pool and is surrounded by nature.

Do not be late for the holiday of a lifetime.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa  provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.  

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4*8 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters. Also, there is a indoor pool that measures at 4*7 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters.

             Additionally, we have a childs pool that measures at 3*4 meters with a depth of 0.5 meters.

NOTE: Between the dates of 1 January-31 May and 1 October- 31 December the heating system for the pool is available and the price in included already. For the other dates,  an extra fee of 14.950TL is requested weekly.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 5.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 5.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights. There will be a fee of 2.500TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights.
