Villa Artar; 

          This is one of our conservative villas located in Kızıltaş, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts of Antalya, with 5 rooms and a capacity of 10 people. We welcome big families or a big group of friends to come and to relieve the tiredness of the year a expeirence a holiday unforgettable.

Room information: 

                     1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:   1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom. 

                     4.Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                     5.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc

Pool information:

               Our pool that is covered from the outside measures at 4*7 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE: The minimum rental period is 7 nights. The minimum stay for the months May and October is 6 nights and check in and check out will be on Saturday- Sunday. 5 nights or less can be rented if requested and approved from the villa owner. For 6 nights or less, an extra fee of 6.000TL.
