Located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most stunning holiday destinations, this villa offers a tranquil escape surrounded by nature. With a capacity for 2 guests, the villa features a private garden and pool, providing an ideal environment for relaxation. The sheltered pool ensures complete privacy, making it a perfect choice for conservative small families or honeymoon couples.

Room Details:

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, makeup table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for a comfortable stay. The living room includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other furnishings for relaxation.

Swimming Pool:

Enjoy a private, sheltered pool measuring 3 x 9 meters, with a depth of 1.50 meters. The pool is fully enclosed for privacy and is not visible from the outside.

Damage Deposit:

A cash deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded at check-out if no issues are found.

Additional Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff.
• Utility costs (electricity, water, gas) are included in the price with no extra charges.
• The villa is delivered clean and fully prepared for your stay.

Important Notes:

• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required throughout the season.
• For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional 4,000 TL cleaning fee will apply.
